I apparently have a used bike because it is red and white and a red klindinst special edition emblem on it right below the handle bars. It's a little rusty and 2 bad tires but the seat is in good condition. Sight unseen how much do you think it might be worth? A ball park figure will be ok.

Red Klinedinst was my grandfather. He started a bike shop in York, PA in 1909 and over the years sold new and used bikes. When he sold a used bike he would place his Klinedinst Special nameplate on the bike. During World War II when new bikes were not available his bike shop would completely strip and repaint the used bikes and sell them as like new. After the war he continued the same practice. I remember watching painters had stripe fenders in the early 50's. Red died in 1959 and my father and mother continued the bike shop until 2 years ago when my father died.

@Bryan - It is currently in a rusty pile in our laundry room. Unless you mean where was the picture taken, in which case it is just right back in out little ally. It's such a nice viney, worn wall.

The handlebars are in good condition. The whole bike is actually pretty good, all things considered. The wheels are trashed, but I picked up a girls cruiser of CL a few weeks ago for 15 bucks that has the exact same wheel size. Yoink!

We should go riding sometime.
