Song I wrote awhile back, finally got around to making a half decent recording of it.

Lyrics:

Things on the horizon cast their shadows out like nets
entangle me in their tight weave
I sit in the sunny spot on the steps in my old house
and read Calvin & Hobbes ’til it all makes sense

Again, again, again, again.

Been wearin’ solid color t-shirts these days
to fit in with all the characters from all my favorite shows
as if some distant audience might be
as interested in my shit

As me, as me, as me, as me.

This track will be going on a compilation to be sold for charity soon, I will post the details once I have them.

  1. I like it, the vocals volume could be more balanced though.

    Ryan Collins
  2. You are probably right Ryan, I had some trouble trying to get the levels right, mainly because I did all of the mixing in my headphones and then it sounded completely different on speakers.

I am no sound engineer, I think I will stick to design. Thanks for the comment!

  3. I like it! Did you sing both vocals?

    Ken & Linda
  4. I did, thanks!

  5. Bro get some more of this out on the web! Make a music myspace, something, cause it’s great to listen to.
