		<description>I found your post at just the right time for me, as I am planning on trying out the coptic stitch with leather for my final project at uni. And you are so right leather is expensive and pleather not a good choice! 
 
Your books are fantastic and encouraging for me as a student in her final year... Thank you!! 
Now off to the charity stores for leather.</description>

		<description>Another place to look is sometimes just going to upholstery shops asking for leather they may have used on larger projects like reupholstering a sofa set or large valences, etc.</description>
